P001 → Carry On
Carry On is a body of work on the Asian diaspora. It started off as a photography project to showcase memory objects Asian immigrants brought with them from home, which later evolved into a book to accompany a virtual exhibition.

My personal favorites.
After experimenting with printed photographs as a physical medium, I thought of translating this experience into a bookA flip-through of Carry On the book. 9.5” x 8.5”. Southworth Ivory Parchment 24LB with a red gel cover (2023).
In addition, since many of my non-Asian friends said it was a little hard to imagine the memories upon reading the interviews, I decided to follow this project up with a virtual exhibition prototyped in Figma

To spread awareness about the virtual exhibition, I also created a social media profile and planned a launching campaign.
Advertisement on TikTok/Reels/Story (1920x1080)
Instagram account. Will use submissions from customers to maintain attention for the exhibition.
All models were put together in Blender. Assets used are from Blenderkit and myself with the exception of:
- Pack Airplane chair 3 colors – IgYerm (Sketchfab)
- Wrinkled Fabric Cloth – Lucapianta (Sketchfab)
